HOW CAN I AVOID BITING MY NAILS?

   

   Many people suffer from biting nail.Stress,boredom and genetic predisposition
nail cause this trouble.

    Usually,biting nail begins in childhood.They take one on the family as an example.If parents often warn,this habit is consolidated.If problem is critical,you should receive support from doctor.


I bit my nail during long time.I achieve to give up it.Indeed,thank to few step,giving up it is possible.


1.Find the cause of habit

  Firstly,you think why you bit your nails.There can be many reasons.The reasons like fear,excitement,stress cause it.

2.Find different activities yourself

   Most of the time,we can put your hand to your mouth without notice.Because you hinder this situation,you should idle around different activities.For example stress ball,knitting or painting.


3.Use hand care products

   Thanks to some products like cream,nail polish,you give up it easly.Don't forget!If you see beautiful your hand,you won't bit your nail.Also you can strengthen your nails with lemon and olive oil.Thus your nail will be more strong and won't break.

4.Renew your nail

  When you have the split ends trimmed off your hair,your hair stretch quicker and gain strength.Nails resemble it.So you rasp and manicure them.Thus they seem more well-kept and you can't bit your nails.
