   Whiplash is American drama film.It is directed by Damien Chazelle.It's play actors are J.K Simmons,Miles Teller,Paul Reiser and Austin Stowell.It tells a succes story.When you watch it first time,you can prejudge.But,after you watch it,certainly point of your view will change.

                                                                      127 HOURS

   127 Hours is a British-American biographical drama film.It is directed by Danny Boyle.It's play actors are James Franco,Kate Mara,Amber Tamblyn and Lizzy Caplan.It tells a man who tries to survive.It is very impressive film.I hardly contain myself in order to biting my nails.

                                                                PREDESTINATION

              Predestination is Australian science fiction film.It is directed by Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig.It's play actors are Ethan Hawke,Sarah Snook and Noah Taylor.I don't want to tell it.Because you must watch and understand.An advice from me!you should watch it in the cold light of day.

HOW CAN I AVOID BITING MY NAILS?

   

   Many people suffer from biting nail.Stress,boredom and genetic predisposition
nail cause this trouble.

    Usually,biting nail begins in childhood.They take one on the family as an example.If parents often warn,this habit is consolidated.If problem is critical,you should receive support from doctor.


I bit my nail during long time.I achieve to give up it.Indeed,thank to few step,giving up it is possible.

1.Find the cause of habit

  Firstly,you think why you bit your nails.There can be many reasons.The reasons like fear,excitement,stress cause it.

2.Find different activities yourself

   Most of the time,we can put your hand to your mouth without notice.Because you hinder this situation,you should idle around different activities.For example stress ball,knitting or painting.

3.Use hand care products

   Thanks to some products like cream,nail polish,you give up it easly.Don't forget!If you see beautiful your hand,you won't bit your nail.Also you can strengthen your nails with lemon and olive oil.Thus your nail will be more strong and won't break.

4.Renew your nail

  When you have the split ends trimmed off your hair,your hair stretch quicker and gain strength.Nails resemble it.So you rasp and manicure them.Thus they seem more well-kept and you can't bit your nails.

   

IF YOU DON'T DRINK WATER,YOUR SKIN WILL WRINKLE!

       The summer comes and the weather gets warmer.Therefore we must drink plenty of water.When we sweat,our body dehydrates.Most people don't know how much they drink water.So they don't drink enough water.Okay! How do you know that we don't drink enough water?

     Skin Drying

     Skin is one of the body's the biggest sense organ.It protects us from harmful rays of the sun and external factors like hot or cold.İf your skin dries,many problems can appear.Also our body seem older.We don't want to seem older,do you?

  

     Dryness Of The Mouth

   Sometimes,when we wake up in the morning,we feel sticky something.It causes lack of water.In such a case,we should drink water.

     Xerophthalmia

  Lace of water causes red eyes.Tear ducts dry and normal work activities are hindered.

     Muscle Pain And Weakness

     Some of our muscles consist water.That is to say,if we drink little water,we can get weak.After we do exercise,we drink water.Thus water provides power of body.Also it decreases tiredness.

      Tiredness

      When our body doesn't supple need of water,it borrow water in cells.Due to lack of water in blood,level of oxygen decreases.Bloodstream can't be supplied.It causes tiredness.So coffee benefits for tiredness but it doesn't benefit for sleeplessness.Do you understand better now?

All seasons are beautiful.You feel different emotions.I think all seasons arouse  diffirent feelings.

                                               WINTER

    Night is long duration.Sky gets dark early.Outside is as cold as ice.You come to warm home.Your hands freeze.You wring your hands.Your frozen body begins to gradually recover.It is 4 or 5 pm.Sky begins to get dark.You lie on the sofa.You take a nap.Your mother lay blanket over you.You turns down the tv's volume and you daydream...Moment of happiness is indescribable.

                                           SPRING

    Spring is like rebirth.It is between winter and summer.The flowers bloom,the trees and grasses become green.Sun begins to manifest itself.There are flowers everwhere.You have a picnic,go on a walk along seaside in company with light wind and surf.

                                           SUMMER

      The schools are on holiday.You make plans for a holiday.Sea,sand,sun...No longer,It is time to relieve tiredness.You sleep until noon under the sun.You have a swim.You have a nice time with your family and friends.

WOMAN'S RIGHT

                              THE WOMEN HAVE A VOICE IN SOCIETY,TOO!

    Being woman is difficult.But,in spide of many problems,women have to be strong in order to be free.The women can continue their life without being obliged to a man.They can fix houseware,can pay the pills.Most importantly,they bring up a child.Although they are confronted with many problems,they don’t quail them.They like freedom.They hold their heat high because they are a strong woman.

     

   They can seem like unhappy,bad mark now and again.Their hand bleeds,their heart is broken.They can come to a deadlock.But,while their hopes are supposed an exhausted hopes,their hopes are reborn like spring.

     

   Women have been exposed to violence,sexual abuse,sexual discrimination from past to present.Woman isn’t  a sex that men lay into woman,abuse or ravish at their pleasure.A person which  isn’t respectful to his mother,sister,wife or his girlfriend  can’t keep up level of developed civilization.

      

   Women are exposed to some discriminations like career,social life,education.Although women work so much,they often remain in the background.They work whole day and when they come to home,they have to cook,take care of the kids,do cleaning.They can’t go out at night.While men travel by himself,women can’t travel.Right to education of many women is limited.Most woman are married off inside of train.

   Society doesn’t compose of just men.There are women in this society,too.And everything that is done by men can be done by women,too.Women have some rights.They are right to vote and stand for election,right to education,right to work,and so on.

   

   Woman and man are equal.But we can’t hinder sexual discrimination.In fact there are many laws in order to protect womens’s rights.But they can’t be make actual.

LIES WHICH ARE SAID MOST

      Sometimes we have to lie.Mostly,they are white lies and we can save the day thanks to white lies.If lies don't demage someone,they are said to pull through.There are some certain lies.They are said by most people.

      I'm on my way now!

     It is the best-known lie.You make a phone call her/him.She/he says"I'm on my way I am coming now"Maybe it is the most annoying lie.You wait,wait,wait.But there is no one.I hate it.Because I don't like waiting anyone.I encountered this lie the other day.Really it is an annoying lie.

     I was going to call you,too!

    Actually,you don't want to call.But you can't admit.You behave as if you wanted to call in order to not hurt.

    I knew you!

   When you see your friend that you haven't seen for a long time,you act as if knew him/her.No doubt,most people say at least one time.

    I wasn't sleeping!

    You fast asleep.The phone rings.You wake up suddenly.You pick up the phone.You answer sleepily.Although you deny that you slept,she/he understand that you slept.For example because I love sleeping,my friend or my parent call me while I am sleeping.Although I deny,tone of my voice grasses me.

    

     I got sick!

     Sometimes,you don't want to go to school or work.You have an idea.Pretending to be sick is the most classic lie.Most people often say this lie.

     Dress suits very well you!

    You go to shop with your friend.Your friend tries on clothes.He/She asks whether dress suits her/him or not.Because you don't want to hurt,you say that dress suits very well you.

They overrate to learn English.So,when they ask which you read branch,you feel lowly and you don't want to answer it.Because they think that you show off.

You have to do their homework.Because they are your best friends or sister/brother.

You attend foreign language department.Why you attend prep class?

You try to tell them prep class.It is special prep class of foreign language department.But you fail.

You don't know by heart Turkish language and literature.Why do you attend English language and literature?

DECORATİVE VASE

LET'S MAKE A VASE!

  

   

   Summer comes and many beautiful flowers blooms.Particulary,daisies begins to bloom in fields.No doubt,most people loves daisies.We want to gather them.Afterward we need a vase.İf you don't have a vase,making it is quite easy.

   We need some materials.They are jar,daisy,brown paper,small stones,glue or transparent nail polish and clippers.

   Firstly cut a small piece from paper and fold it.After,turn it.You can do 5-6 pieces.

After you turn papers,you wrap them.5 or 6 turns are enough.You can attach them by the help of glue or transparent nail polish.(Because I didn't have glue,I had to use transparent nail polish.But I recommend you to use glue)

   And...Happy ending...Vase is prepared.Put the stones into the jar.Then fill water intp the jar.After you put daisies,it is a vase.
